  • Initial Consultation (bookable onlinevia Telehealth ($90).  
  • In-Person Examination & Treatment (scheduled by the chiropractor within a week of the Telehealth consultation) ($60)
Regular (15 min) Follow up 
$60.00This is the standard follow up visit. This visit typically includes chiropractic adjustment & ART in one area.
Extended (30 Min) Follow up$90.00This is an extended follow up visit, which is appropriate for Reassessments, Chiropractic plus Laser Therapy appointments, or an extended chiropractic session including adjustments as needed & ART in multiple areas.
Custom Orthotics $500Biomechanical examination and casting for custom-made orthotic devices. Fee includes fitting and casting appointments. Please note, this appointment  DOES NOT require a first visit appointment
Laser Therapy ONLY$30Requires a First Visit, and a Reassessment every 6 visits. 
1-1 Babywearing Consultation (Currently Virtual only) $150 DOES NOT require a chiropractic – based appointment.  Includes 45 minutes of one on one hands-on assistance in developing babywearing skills. Includes a follow up consultation summary via email. 
Missed & Late AppointmentsOur office requests a minimum of 24 hours for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Late arrivals may be required to either reschedule or shorten their visit times. Late cancellation of appointments will be subject to a $40 fee while missed appointments will be subject to a fee of the full (adult) cost of the visit booked.

These represent typical adult fees. Child (up to 12 years old), Student, and Financial Hardship rates are available. To apply for eligibility for Student Rates or Financial Assistance, please complete the application (annually). Visa,  Mastercard, Debit, Cash, and Cheque are accepted, although we strongly prefer maintaining a credit card or Visa Debit card on our secure payment system.  Above costs do not include prescribed health aids or devices. Payment is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Your Extended Health Insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.  In some cases, we may be able to collect payment directly from your insurance company (i.e. Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manulife, etc).  We also are able to directly bill ICBC and WorkSafeBC (WCB) in eligible cases.  Written reports requested for legal or insurance purposes will be billed at standard rates.

In the case of an ICBC or WCB case,  your claim number and date of injury is required to process the claim.  In the case of direct billing to your Extended Health provider, you will be required to present your EHB card and provide all pertinent information prior to billing.  Visits will be charged at standard rates until this information is presented.
