Late cancellation of appointments will be subject to a $40 fee while missed appointments will be subject to a fee of the full (adult) cost of the visit booked.

These represent typical adult fees.  For students,  children,  and those on premium assistance,  the fee schedule is modified.  Child and student rates are available.  Please speak to the doctor to see if you are eligible for these rates.  Visa,  Mastercard,  Debit,  Cash,  and Cheque are accepted.  Above costs do not include prescribed health aids or devices. Payment is due on the day of the appointment.

Your Extended Health Insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.  In some cases, we may be able to collect payment directly from your insurance company (i.e. Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manulife, etc).  We also are able to directly bill ICBC and WorkSafeBC (WCB) in eligible cases.  Written reports requested for legal or insurance purposes will be billed at standard rates.

In the case of an ICBC or WCB case,  your claim number and date of injury is required to process the claim.  In the case of direct billing to your Extended Health provider, you will be required to present your EHB card and provide all pertinent information prior to billing.  Visits will be charged at standard rates until this information is presented.
